This is an in-person event and will not be filmed/available online. At the date of the event there may be certain restrictions placed on in-person events in Sydney by NSW Health that are out of our control, such as temperature checks, use of vaccine passports etc; if there are restrictions and/or compliance requirements, we will inform you of these; you will have the right to not attend should you wish, and you will be issued with a credit or a full refund.
Cancellation policy: FamFi P/L is the organiser and owner of the FinTech Summit. If you are unable to attend this conference another person can take your place; please email us with details of the new person(s) attending; there is no charge to make these changes. If you cancel your place we will refund the amount you have paid less an administration fee of $50 per person; please notify us in writing/email at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 5 days of the event will receive a credit note and not receive a refund. FamFi P/L undertake to ensure that the program is correct at the time of the event. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we may need to alter the program prior to the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event, in which case, at your discretion, you will receive a full refund and/or a credit note. We will share your details with our Summit Partner, Ashurst, as they would like to contact you for a post conference survey.
